I had ordered a ‘wooden family collage frame’ from ‘www.buy2furnish.com and paid through credit card. I paid Rs 2070/. But after 15 days, I got a product which is totally different. The price of this frame was also less than RS 2070/- as per their website. Also the product was damaged when received. Then I called the person I used to contact (his name is Axxxxxr, I think he is the owner of the shoppe- contact no:09xxxxxxxxxxx2), he didn’t lift the call. Then I pinged him in What’s app. So he asked me to send the pictures of the damage thorough What’s app. I sent it. after that no response. tried to call him again through phone. But no reply.

I request you to look in to this issue and help me to get the refund or the originally ordered product.
