I have place a order of a multipoint bluetooth headset costing rs. 1528 at date of 15 april 2016 and i have received it at 26 april, but they send me the wrong product of headphones so i file a return process request with in the same date, after that they gave me 4 working days for wait but they took more then 15 days at 13 may, after that told me to send the product by me and they will refund my courier charges by 4 working days after receiving the product but their warehouse rejected the parcle and didn’t take it in which all the courier charges are gone to waste and now they are telling me to send it again but they will only refund the later charges of courier not the previous one so that why i m here for help as i wanted the whole product and courier charges to be refunded please help.
