On April 19 2016 I have received the product ( auto ignition gas oven) as I have ordered it from shopperstop online site. I found the product do not have all functionality that should have in the product.

I asked customer care and they raised a ticket. After few days I again call customer care and they raise another ticket. But still now I did not receive or no action to exchange the product.

I need help to get back my money or correct product. Thanks and Regards,
