Zoomcar have falsely charged INR.2000 stating some damage to vehicle. Whereas the vehicle was returned in as is condition (condition same during pick-up and drop-off). Morever no person from zoomcar handed over vehicle during pick-up, nor received the vehicle during drop-off. When the consent between tow parties (customer & zoomcar) is judged. Zoomcar is not supposed to levies false charges to customer.
Now I request Consumer Forum team to provide justice from Zoomcar company. Awaiting for fair judgement and justice.
