I have recharged rs 344 in vodaphone no 9xxxxxxxxx4 this promo gives me 1gb /day data and unlimited cals ,it will expire on 28December 2017. When recharge this my main account balance is rs 96. On 9th nov i use 950mb data but they deducted rs 96 from my main balance ,then I cal to 199 to complaint about this matter ,they told I use more than 1gb data , they cheat me rs 96 and also stop outgoing calls because I have zero balance.
After that I recharge rs 10 in this number on 9th nov at 5.40-5.50pm , after that when I cal to anyone they charge from main account balance, after that I cal to 199 to complain about that they told I talk more than1200 min in last 7 days,but I am not talk 100 mins in last 7 days.now my account balance is rs 2. They totally cheat 96+5=101 rupees in two days. So I want refund 101 rupees immediately..
