I had purchased my xiaomi Mi 4i device on 7-11-2015 and on 24 may 2016 i.e. within 6 month there is a charging issue in my device, so i contacted xiaomi customer care for the same thing and they advice me to take there pick up service which cost around 190 INR and they told me that your device will be repaired with in max period of 7 days so i agree to it and given my device to there pick up agent.
After that i received a call from there executive saying that part is missing and will be replace within a period of 15 days i agree to that but after 15 days they stop responding me and on 25 june 2016 i gave them a request to return my device without repair but still they didn’t take it seriously then on 2 of July i loose my temper on them and then they return my device on 4 July without repair. I am giving you service receipt.
