My new xiaomi MI 3 mobile wireless (WIFI/Bluetooth) stops working in 16 days after purchase, when i submit it to the service center they informed me that the motherboard is faulty and need to be replaced. Its more than a month now and still i didnt got my mobile repaired/replaced. and according to new updates they informed me to wait couple of months more. 3 months for faulty motherboard replacement is fraud, and i don’t have other device to use meantime. while service executive in punes service center suggested me to buy another mobile meantime.

Is there any restrictions on after sales service ? And what about warranty, i am already loosing 3 months from warranty period.
