Complaint regarding Xiaomi powerbank servicing

I bought 10400 mah xiaomi powerbank last year thinking I will never run out of battery again, but my dreams were shattered when the powerbank developed fault in USB port n USB cable.

Since it was under 6 months warranty period, I thought of filing a complaint and getting it resolved but you people also shattered that dream. I filed a complaint on 18th Jan for the first time with ticket number 9135.

I was promised that someone will pick it up from my house and deliver the new one on the same day, but again it didn’t happen. After several calls, I was told that powerbanks are not in stock, but on flipkart I can see them in stock and being sold.

After several failed attempts of mine to get my problem resolved since I had spent money on the powerbank which isn’t even working, Mr. Sxxxxxxxh came into the scene but instead of resolving the issue he frustrated me with false claims of help.

With such poor customer grievance redressal, and people like Mr. Sxxxxxxxh, how can you expect your company to last long?

Now after 4 months of my complaints and endless efforts from my side, not yours, Mr. Axxxxn came to my rescue. I hope that he will resolve the problem instead of making it worse and causing me mental harassment like Mr. Sxxxxxh.

Don’t make me regret my decision of buying that powerbank from you people and giving a poor feedback to everyone who is planning to buy it. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible with much due professionalism towards your customer.
