I purchased two XXXL Bean Bag from snapdeal.com in february 2016, i also recieved one warranty card with the product which guarantee the replacement within six month in case of any stitching defect. and this will be done by the online shop.

But within twenty days the stitching of the product came out and when i contacted the Snapdeal they refused to entertain the problem, i repeated my request for for to five times but every time they refused.

Even the third party seller Dolphin Bean Bagwala wala told me they can provide the replacement but it has to be delivered by Snapdeal only.

please help me out in getting the justice.
