I am using broadband service of YOU BROADBAND and there is scenario with them that if you refer a connection in the same building, you will get a free internet of one month. I referred them in the same building 2 month back and did everything as per the process says and according to the customer care executive.

After that when it was supposed to give the free one month internet, they did not process from their side and in spite of calling them to me in this, i called them almost 8-9 time but there is no response from them.

Recently i received a call from them that the mobile number is not registered with them hence we cannot give you one month of internet. I have done every single process for it and then they are saying this.

It is not about i cannot pay the one month amount but it is a matter of commitment and the service they are providing. They always call em when it is about to ask month for renewal but when there is we want it for a service, they are very bad in this.

Respected sir, i want proper action on them.
