Complaint regarding YU Mobile service

This is to bring to the kind notice of the Indian Consumer Forum that the mobile phone I ordered from amazon i.e YU Yureka Plus on 17th October, but on 4th November the phone gets spoilt and hence I contacted the YU support team/ they said they are dispatching a new device from their end and will take away the one that is spoilt. On 8th Nov they provide me with a Delhivery tracking number, i.e, 343510750761. Now on 12th of Nov I see an update that the status currently is that the “Package not picked/received from client”. Call YU support again and they tell me to wait a few days, I waited and then called after Diwali on 16th they tell me to wait for that day. I do so. No update still. Its the 1st of December today. I’ve been calling everyday hence 12th and all they say is that they will dispatch within a day/a week/an hour and other lies like this. I have even notified that I will complain to Consumer Forums as it has taken over a month just to dispatch the product and I wonder how long will it take to deliver it. They have really tested my patience and it is really frustrating to stay without a phone for a month and also to keep checking on delhivery tracking website every day for a phone that I hardly brought a month ago.

Please fix this problem. YU support is not doing their work and have been harassing me on the phone by keeping me on hold and then disconnecting the call. As it is an online support centre I cannot physically go to them. I have been to their physical support centres at Kolkata and they say that I should avail the online services as it is a replacement issue and they dont process these kind of issues. So it has been 26 days and they still ask me to wait a few more days. I am not hopeful that I will receive my device by this year or not.
