I am Shubham. I had bought a YU Yutopia smartphone from amazon.in for rs 24999 on late january 2016 and i received it on february 2016
after 1 months of use my device display was accidently broken by me and i imidiately called YU care and they told me that i have to pay rs 6999 to replace my device. so i accepted that and told them to the processes so they told that they send me a payment link on my registered email id within 48 hours and i received the payment link after 2-3 weeks. when i received the payment link i immediately paid rs 6999 through my debit card and after that i received a waybill no. of delhivery.com i.e, 343511720972 on 31st march and till now i haven’t received my replacement device so i kindly request you to take some serious action against this company i.e, YU Televentures Pvt. Ltd.
