Complaint regarding Yu Yuphoria mobile service

I have purchase Yu Yuphoria Mobile on 07-Jun-2015, i am facing problem of Mobile SIM card not detecting for both slot, i had already talk with support team they took more then one month to contact me, they ask me to replace my mobile & generate one bill no. But still after more then one month my issue not been resolved.

    Serve a notice on them and on the Seller. File a case in the local District Consumer Forum

    I find a problem while clicking the power button it responding lately after 5 sec its really annoying please fix my bug
