I have purchased “YU Yureka ” mobile on 4th April 2015 from amazon in online shopping. Bill attached for your reference. after 11 moths i have been found charging and display problem. i contacted customer care and they suggested to contact nearest service. Recently I have been resided for work at Shubhadra Tower, Room No 304, Sullurpeta , Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.pin 524121.on 13th feb. I contacted my nearest customer service centre is Sai Durga communication , D.No. 14/15 Ics Road Gudur SPSR Nellore, 524101,Gudur, Andhra Pradesh. I submitted mobile for repairing and they gave a job sheet attached for your reference.

As per Micromax information On 23.03.2016 10am to 12noon I send a people to collect my servicing mobile from service centre at Gudur.

When i received mobile found it was another mobile which IMEI 1 & IMEI 2 is 911401507798690/911401507806121.It was a disput mobile. it has a charging problem.

For the same issue contacted customer care on 24.03.2016 over phone they refused my request because warranty period was over.It was happen because of delay delivery from service center. I send a request letter to customer care for repair or replace mobile without any extra cost. But after several discussion and communication they did not take any action till now.

so, I complaint against YU Yureka for replaceing the mobile or refund my money.

Please do the needful as early as possible.
