I want to inform you that I an using YU yureka mobile. And I want to log a complaint regarding the service provided by yureka mobile services. I want to inform you that I have an issue of my device getting restart for that I logged my complaint on 29 DEC. 2014. and I didn’t got the replacement of my device as per the company terms and conditions. Even I didn’t got the response from company at that time and send so many maila regarding my complaint. even at the same time I visited the micromax service center that provides the local authorised services in Aligarh for yureka and done with the basic software updation. but the problem didn’t be resolved. for that again I visited the service center at that time they told me that they already stopped service of yureka. than again I logged a complaint through a mail to YU services. and I got a call from YU services and the customer care executives told me that my another complaint was pending at that time. it was pending from November and should be completed in November only. because of that the were not able to send my replacement at the same time. and request me to again send a mail in response of replacement of my yureka device . but I got my data cable on 15th of feb. that complaint was pending from November. after that I talk with yureka services than they told that I have to visit the service center where I have to left my device for minimum of 15 days. that I can’t left. because it is so important for me.. because I got so many official help with my mobile like my mails. my online messages etc..after that on 17th Feb. I talked with YU customer care senior executive he told me to finally send my replacement at my door step.. and now they again told me to visit service center and left my mobile for minimum of 15 days.
so please help me solve my problem.. or tell me what I have to do now.
