As i had purchased YU YUREKA last month on 9th of may 2015, Since from 15 days i’m facing handset major issues such as
1. Phone restarting 3 to 4 times everyday
2. Heating issues even without the net.
3. Proximity sensor issue which disables the screen permanently even after the call disconnects.
4. Call connectivity problem like unable to hear the voice from other end.

I had used to call yureka customer care each and every day for around 2 to 3 times to get rid of the problems but i didn’t get any support from them either. At first i spoke to employee called lxxxi as she gave me few trouble shooting options and even connected my call to technical team, when i spoke to them they promised me that if i don’t get the problem rectified with their prescriptions/suggestions then they are going to replace me the new YUREKA handset. When i tried everything at my best i couldn’t able to get the problem rectified. I tried calling them for the 2nd time i spoke to keerthi even she gave me false hopes and promises. By the next time when i called to ask with the replacement status of my phone they again tried giving me basic checks and other things. When i gone through to run my phone in safe mode and even i tried hard resetting it by the technical end person even after everything still the problem persists. Totally i’m not at all happy with the service and i am disappointed.

  1. Poor Customer Support – against warranty replacement given defective and repairable phone and after complaint no any responce given bu customer support team.

  2. I have bought a samartphone on 28th of feb 2015, Its model no. Is AO5510 and name is YU YUREKA. Thr company name is YU.

    As the device i bought online. and ther was no offline servicr centre. Company offers me for 1 yr warranty on device. Last month on 26 of december my device becomes dead and as under warranty it has to offer door to door replacement.

    I had complaint it on same day and on 28th of dec 2015. The call crntre executives has agreed to replace my device in under 15 working days for door step replacement. So they gave me order no. And way bill no. For replacement of device. Tille now its 16th of january 2016. Ther is no dispatch of device from their side.

    I came to know wen i track my way bill no. On their given courier company. I daily used to call them and each time they say to me to wait for 2 days 4 days etc. They are fooling me. And even i mailed that courier company to chck ny way bill no. Order. They replied that their is No any consignment or any ship received from the company.

    I m very much concern about this. There are also official pages of this company. In social media like twitter and fb. U can see the comments of people just by google these key words ” yureka poor service”

  3. There was problem in my yureka. I tell the problem to YU customer support they tell me that they should replace my phone. After 10-15 days they give me a tracking no. 343511423623 on 25/DEC/2015. When I go to track the order the status is .(not picked). When I tell this to YU support they tell me wait.. Wait.. And today is 31/Jan/2016 I didn’t received my phone and when I call today again to YU customer support again they tell wait… From 1 month they are just telling wait and wait and wait… Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

  4. 1) Phone restarts anytime whenever the applications are running.
    2) My phone has WiFi issues. I have to restatt my phone to get the WiFi working.
    3) I also have problem during typing a message. 4) Also my system shows about update available. After downloading nearly 250mb of update, there is no auto update and the phone is stuck.
    5) Microphone is the worst, the basic function of talking can’t be done as the other person can’t here me.
