As i had purchased YU YUREKA last month on 9th of may 2015, Since from 15 days i’m facing handset major issues such as
1. Phone restarting 3 to 4 times everyday
2. Heating issues even without the net.
3. Proximity sensor issue which disables the screen permanently even after the call disconnects.
4. Call connectivity problem like unable to hear the voice from other end.
I had used to call yureka customer care each and every day for around 2 to 3 times to get rid of the problems but i didn’t get any support from them either. At first i spoke to employee called lxxxi as she gave me few trouble shooting options and even connected my call to technical team, when i spoke to them they promised me that if i don’t get the problem rectified with their prescriptions/suggestions then they are going to replace me the new YUREKA handset. When i tried everything at my best i couldn’t able to get the problem rectified. I tried calling them for the 2nd time i spoke to keerthi even she gave me false hopes and promises. By the next time when i called to ask with the replacement status of my phone they again tried giving me basic checks and other things. When i gone through to run my phone in safe mode and even i tried hard resetting it by the technical end person even after everything still the problem persists. Totally i’m not at all happy with the service and i am disappointed.
