Purchased YU Yureka phone from amazon on 6/5/2015. Phone started malfunctioning in November. Raised a complain on 11/11/2015

They asked to do soft reset which i did and the problem still persisted. So sent a swap request mail after speaking to customer care on 5/12/2015.

After one month on 4/1/2016 WAYBILL Number was generated. And Still the phone is not dispatched.

When i call the customer call they have a standard reply, to wait for 10-15 working days. 2 months already from raising a swap request.
