Initially I had charging issues with device ( battery is absolutely working fine in other device same for charger also). I complained this problem to customer care 18602122122 but till now my problem is not resolved. Each time I called, they only suggest me to reset the software and update the device.
Then they asked me to check the cable and adapter.
Then they asked me to wipe the data and cache partition.
They they asked me to flash the OTA using Stock Cyanogen. It took me hours to download and complete the procedure.they suggested me.

By the time, there are some other issues which occurred continuously.
Screen going black during incoming/outgoing calls. Not able to receive the incoming calls. Not able to disconnect the outgoing calls.
Network Signal is not proper.
Mic is not working properly.
Music player sound is like wave. Going up & down.
Handset is overheating & battery is exhausting very fast.
Reverse charging issues.
Phone shuts down automatically while trying to make calls.
Every time I contacted YUREKA Customer Care to intimate the problems with my phone. They made some excuses and didn’t even give a registered complaint number for a reference purpose. I called them 15-20 times and each time same answer. “Technical team will call you in 24 to 48 hours.” and no result.
Apparently I found YUREKA has no Customer Service Centre. What they have limited cities where they pick up the defective mobile and replace it.
Literally they are cheating us.
