I have purchased a yeruka plus mobile through Amazon on 11 August 2015 via invoice no KA-BLR6-144105041-3850908. After one month of use mobile screen display has cracked. l have handed over to micromax service center at jalahalli but after one month he returned back without repair and told to contract yeruka plus customer care. yeruka plus customer service has picked up my mobile after one month of my complain. The pick up boy Mohan has took my mobile with battery & back panel in original packing. He took photograph of mobile, back cover & battery on 28 November 2015. they send one mail to send the mobile without ACC. But since after confirming the pick up boy to send the mobile with battery & back Panel and I informed samething to yureka customer support. After so many contact and request finally they returned my mobile on 25 February 2016 on payment of 3000 rupees. when I opened the pack that doesn’t contain battery and back panel. I informed the customer support but they told you have to pay additional money for battery and back panel. why should I pay for my serviceable item.
After 8 months of purchase of my mobile I have used 1 month only .now I am not able to use the mobile.Please consider my case sympathetically & do the needful action as soon as possible so that I will remain thankful to you.
