I purchased Micromax Yu Yureka plus mobile on 8th September 2015. Within couple of months i was facing issue of the phone restarting. I submitted my Micromax phone on 25th november 2015 to micromax service center at Fort, Mumbai.
After phone submission i was informed that i will get my phone in 15-20 days. After that i called them on 9th december. On 9th december they said that the phone will take another 15 days to repair. Then i visited the service center for further inquiry. They said it will take another 15 days. After which i called them again on 26th December. TO which they are saying it will take another 15 days again. Everytime they are giving assurance that they will give the phone within 15 days. While when the day comes, they are extending the date everytime. The number provided by micromax is not toll free and in each call they put call on hold for around 15 minutes.Due to which i have exhausted my mobile balance of around Rs 300.
I have purchased the phone for my use. But its been already 35 days plus since the phone is with the service center.They are just wasting the customers time and harasssing me. I want refund for the phone. Plus Rs 2000 extra for misguiding me and troubling me.
