I am the customer of Yuphoria mobile. I purchased Yuphoria mobile on 11 June 2015 from amazon by online my order number is 403-8957234-9800325…and before 3 months I have been facing some kind problem in my my phone during this warrenty period for there cause I have submitted my complaint against the problems of my phone to Yuphoria customer care 18602122122. in the month of January then some of their customer executive given me the details of my phone and attachments the screenshot of display of my phone I have sensed all of those details regarding to replacement device during to warranty period at that time on 26 of January they issued me a waybil number 343511600874 this the waybill number. after that I called so many times to them from January to till now but no respons from their side they said your device will be dispatched with 10 days but every time when I called from January always they said with 10 days. now the problem of my phone increasing day by day and the warranty period is going to finish next month what should I do sir I am not happy with please necessity action against them and the company also as soon as posible please help me out grm this situation I ll be really thankful to you.
