I had brought a yu yureka mobile on 9th april, 2015 and facing the froblem from the very first day. The main problem i am facing is regarding battery. Regarding this i had called the yu forum several times , they provide only temporary solution. Till now i haven’t receive any permanent solution. Last month i had also submitted my phone at service centre on 29th april and get back yesterday i.e on 24th april. But still some problem is there. My phone is not getting charge and i am facing a lot of problem. So i want that if you do not provide quality product and quality service why you are selling the product. How much problem we have to face you can’t imagine. So please do something regarding this.
