I have purchase my YUREKA mobile handset on March 19, 2015.Well, i paid Rs 8999. But on December 2015 i given complaint stating there is a problem with charging so please issue me the data cable(Complaint number:1748197).

I sent nearly 5 mails, but no respond from their side. Its March month now, but i have not received the cable. Now i am not able to charge my device from any charger. So i went to service centre they are saying its having hardware problem.

My warranty got over on 19th March 2016. but today is 26th march 2016. So they are saying it is over warranty period. But for this YUREKA company is responsible. they never provided on time service. So i am requesting YUREKA company to service or replace my mobile considering within warrenty period.
