I bought Yureka mobile from amazon on 29th January, 2015 and got it delivered to me on 3rd February, 2015. I had some charging and charger related issues, so I went to customer service centre in my hometown Kanpur and submitted the device on 28th December 2015. They told me that I will get the replacement in 15 days. A week later I called again and I was told that it will take 15 days more. Then I called after 20 days and I was told that it will take more 15 days. I asked the customer service executive to arrange a call with supervisor but I did not get any call. Last time I called on 25th January, 2016 and again I was told that it will take 15 days. Customer service executive said that he will arrange the call with his supervisor within 24 hours. Now it has been more than 48 hours and finally more than a month since I submitted my device at service center. I emailed them today and got the almost same reply that my device has not been yet received at warehouse. This was the most irresponsible behavior from a company I have seen till date.
