Complaint regarding Yureka phone service

I had purchased Micromax Yureka Phone on 26 Feb 2015 from website. Due it’s charging problem Vashi Micromax Care Centre submitted phone to the company on 2 December 2015 and promised to me that it will return to me in maximum 15 to 20 days, but still I have not received it. They are only committing me that they will provide phone in next 8 to 10 dyas Vashi Micromax Care Centre Contact & Address as follow A209/210, Vashi Plaza, Sector 17, Vashi Navi Mumbai.400703.
