I have purchased a yu yureka modelno. AO5510 on 30 April 2015. The phone is under warranty.

While using it suddenly got switched off. Since then i tried a lot to switch it on but all efforts went in vain. I submitted the phone at service centre on 29 Feb 2016, i was promised that the problem will be solved maximum 15-20 days. it has been over 40 days now.

The service centre does not give any satisfactory response, i am calling them every alternate day, it is a sheer case of custmor harassment. i am very disapointted and helpless.

please guide the way forward. seeking your support
