Complaint regarding delay in Yureka Plus service

I bought yureka plus mobile from amazon on sep 12,2015.then i receive cm12.1 update in november, so i accept the update and i agree to install on my mobile. but after update it does not swicth on and it restarts at the logo page continously.

so,i gave my mobile to yu plus authorized service center for replacement (carwin mobiles, thanjavur) on nov 7,2015. but still now i didn’t receive my mobile back, already 2months gone, if i ask the service center they reply”we send it to the company for replacement, we don’t know and said go and ask the company,we are not responsible” and then i mailed, tweet, called and tried in many ways to the yu company. every i ask they told it is in process,, i don’t know when the process i complete. plz take any action.
