I bought zync tablet on amazon.in, it fell from my kid’ s hand on very first day, I received it and the tablet stopped responding to touch though the display was intact. This reveals that the tablet was so fragile and delicate that it could not sustain shock after falling from mere 2 ft. As there is no service centre in kolhapur, I was being asked to send it to noida based service centre , accordingly reverse pick up was arranged. Though the tablet was in warranty I was told that it incur the cost of rs. 2000 towards repair. As my kid was very much disappointed, I readily agree to pay. Before the tablet was to delivered back, I just made a call to service centre to ask about status and mode of payment, to my surprise the support team said that it has being couriered and no charges has to be paid. After receiving the tablet, I discovered that the screen is having numerous scratches. I again reported to support team, they asked again to send it back and assured reverse pick up. This time I was reluctant to send it as kids were eager to use it, but eventually I sent it. Like earlier I made a call to inquire about the status, I learnt that I need to pay Rs 2300 towards the repair which includes repair charges of first complaint and courier charges for second complaint since the scratches were on the thin unnoticeable screen guard. I doubt there was any screen guard as it did not come out when I took it to put glass screen guard. At last I paid for everything as it was cash on delivery parcel.
Now, I want to complaint against Zync support team and Zync mobile company. For such a fragile untested product( Zync 900 + tablet). For charging though the product was in warranty.
I want to complaint against Zync support team for having no coordination amongst themselves or telephonic executives and for not having update data base. For mental trauma and inconvenience caused.
