I purchased a Moto G Turbo edition on 16/12/15 and the problem started in June’16, the phone internal storage memory got full and i was not able to do even basic task such as dialling or picking a call, then i went to the nearest service centre (20 kms away), the issue got resolved then, but it resurfaced again and after multiple visit to customer centre the issue has not been resolved yet, its been almost 2 months and it has caused a lot a of mental agony to me, on top of that, the service centre guys are not at all helpful and are putting the whole blame on me for the defective set, even the charger stopped working after 4 months, i invested my faith in Moto, but i have only got mental trauma as a result, request you to look into the issue asap, otherwise i will go to the consumer forum.
