Hi Team , I have bought my Sony Xperia L in October 2013. Over the last 3 months i have been having numerous issues with m experia L and I have visited the Service Center at CBI RT Nagar thrice . I was charged doing and Software upgrade and the phone has been handed over to me (except the first time when the camera was damaged and it was replaced ) . Every time i got the phone back from the service center with in 1 month max i have again the same issue with the Phone . The issue is the phone refuses to switch on, and if it at all switches on with in 10 mins it switches off (inspite of Battery being 99%). I got the phone i think a month back and today again i have the same issue . The phone was never dropped or mishandled in this 1 month . if I am visiting the service center again this will be my 3rd Visit in last 4 months and 4th Visit after buying the phone . I am loosing faith on Sony products and if I really have to regain my faith on this brand i would love to see Sony doing a proper Investigation on my phone and detecting the root cause and fixing it . I am happy to pay as i understand mt phone is out of warranty , provided it is worth it . I strongly believe my last few visit to the Sony service center has been a vain as the root cause has not been investigated . I would be happy to provide more details if required and come down anywhere in bangalore with previous job sheets of servicing if I am asked to. Thanks for providing this forum.
