Complait regarding Ziox z23 mobile phone and support

Problem with Ziox z23 Mobile phone warranty and support. Value: 1150 rupees. I bought a Ziox z23 phone on Jan 15, 2018 from sri sai mobiles, Beeramguda which came with a 01 year warranty. The phone didn’t withstand charging and then I took the phone to authorized service support near Lingampally, Hyderabad. They told that I am chargeable of Rs.550/- for repair otherwise the phone will not be returned. Please help me with a positive response.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
