I would like to let you know that I have lodged complaint in dish TV customer care about my set up box when it stopped working after raining. They told me that technician will help you out. Next day the technician arrived and check all things and told me that the set up box needs to be changed. when he called someone and then told me that your set up box is in life time warranty and you didn’t need to pay for that.But again he told me you need to only pay for adapter and it cost 320 rupees. i called to dish TV customer care and told him that my set up box is in life time warranty and the technician told me that yes it is free but you need to pay for adapter then I reminded him that previously all things was changed without any charge except the technician charge. he told me that at that time he changed it but now you need to pay. At that time I was puzzled and I told him to go. The technician told me if he told that the water was going into the set up box then you need to pay for it also and he at the time called anyone and told that the water goes into set up box and the customer is not giving my charges also.
The technician told me that ok sir now you need to pay for set up box plus for adapter also. I was shocked and keep patience after seeing his behaviour.
