HSBC has issued a new debit card for my wife. Although HSBC sent the new debit card, she is yet to receive the pin which was entrusted to BSA Citi Courier. HSBC helpline claims that she has got the courier while the status of the courier agency states its in transit. Its been now more than a week, and since its an inter city courier, it should not take that much time to receive the pin. Attempts to resolve this through the courier or HSBC’s helpline numbers have failed. This needs an immediate resolution.
