I paid the amount of ?4227/- online on 9th, Aug 2017 for the item to be delivered to my home address via Flipkart, they accepted on the same date as it was reflecting that it is a deliverable location. On the delivery date on 14th aug, 17 i called them for the status, they ask/commit me to wait for 5 more days i.e til 19th aug,17 item will be delivered.. then again i called them on 19th aug,17 they said wait for 2 more days.. finally when i called them on 21st, aug’17 they said we wont deliver as ur area is non servicable and asked me to cancel the order & when i told them that i’ll complaint it to consumer forum they said ” ok you can do that”…till now i have not received any responce from them…
