Consignment not received from TNT Courier

With respect to Consignment no 798574504 from TNT India Pvt Ltd., I have not received the item, which has arrived from Hong Kong last month. On 19/12/2017, I had send the necessary documents (AAdhar no and pan card) along with the authorization letter to Tnt, for speedy delivery of the consignment. But nothing has happned so far and no one is taking the responsibility to deliver the consignment.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
