Contents lost in transit by DTDC

My family sent me few items through “DTDC” parcel. I received the package a day late despite paying for urgent delivery. When I opened the package, it didn’t contain all the items that were in the box at the time of packaging. Tried to contact customer support, but failed every time. They didn’t respond or infact didn’t pick up the call.
The package was opened so nicely and sealed back, that no one can get a hint of package tempering at 1st instance. The weight sent was 1.350Kg, and received was 0.8kg.

Also, the package was received at nearest hub on 27th Nov early morning, being sunday they must not have delivered it. The tracking details show it was out for delivery on 28th Nov 9.02AM (Details attached). And I was delivered the package on 29th Nov 14:30Hrs, so where was my package for these close 30 hours? Tried contacting them via their twitter and facebook handle, but no sign of response.

    Did you get any solution through this forum? I am also facing similar problem with dtdc.
