I have sent courier from Pune to Mumbai on 10th Nov 2017 and it was received on 11th Nov 2017. Parcel was opened and my parts are stolen by Trackon. No response from branch office Pimpri Trackon and no response from Delhi customer care. Its a repeated complaint as I read all the customer review. Requesting to take necessary action against the company. Customer service was telling that ” Parcel should have been returned once received ” but how a receiver will know how I sent the parcel. After seeing the images I could find that trackon has opened the parcel and stolen my parts. Ref no: 2316406449
