Coolpad Note 3 plus gold service complaint

I have submitted my Coolpad mobile note 3 plus gold on 5 June 2017 at z mobile service center at Bharuch but till date I have not received. I want to claim against Coolpad mobile company for register wrong toll free number as well as not service provided from his service center. I only want my mobile or replace new mobile because that is under warranty.
