I placed my order on 4th of August, 2015, for 8 shirts from trendin.com and paid Rs 6825.00 and order number is 606409. I received this order in two shipments, one with 3 shirts and other one is with one van housain Shoe (instead of 5 shirts, although invoice attached on top of the package showing it has 5 shirts). I did complain using a mail (attached mail communication) and their customer support service advised to initiate return and they will pay back my money for the returned shirts. I initiated the return for the shoe (although Trendin system showing they are expecting returns for 5 shirts, which I had never received) and 2 shirts of the other shipment. Finally I am expecting refund for 7 shirts, but unfortunately trendin initiated refund for 3 shirts (which I have never received) and returns have shipped through courier company gojavas and they did mistake using incorrect return number. This resulted in incorrect refund. But point is that trendin.com should be able to track entire Order and shipping and refund my order amount. They are supposed to return Rs 5173 and they have initiated refund for Rs 1692.89.
