There is a need of correction in my Date of Birth in epfo data which was mistakenly wronged by my employer. My actual DOB- 04/11/1990 but my employer had sent 04/11/2005 to PF office Vashi.
I have made the complaints to PF a couple of time with requisite document proofs including Aadhar Card, PAN Card and 10th standard marksheet as DOB proof. Every time I got different reasons. first time I got message from pf office that you should summit a copy of school leaving certificate I sent this by speed post. I got a message that your request is rejected due to wrong documents. I called them , they told me to sumit school leaving certificate and joint declaration form with seal of company and signature of HR, I did the process but I got a letter from pf office Vashi mumbai to produce original school leaving certificate for correction in epfo portal. I am working in jaipur and my pf office is in vashi mumbai. I inform my HR but most of time he doesn’t pick my phone and if he picked my phone he told me that he did all the process but my problem still remains..
