I have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart.com on 29th of April 2015 (order no. OD202715155847815700), product was delivered to me on 5th of April 2015, as the product was defective, I asked them to replace it with another one. They agreed to do so, and told me to courier the product. As the fault was theirs, I further inquire about who will pay me the courier service money, one of the customer care representative assured me that money will be reimbursed. But, soon after mailing the courier receipt, they mailed me that money will be credited to my flipkart account as promotional offer, I called them again saying that i do not want any promotional offer, I just want my money to be credited to my bank account as assured. In-spite of my repeated requests they have refused to give me back my money. Now, they are telling me about the flipkart policy, but in the entire processing they have never mentioned even once about these policies. In a nutshell, this is a case of pure cheating and harassing customers.
As I am researcher, I have a busy schedule, but this has resulted me a mental disturbance and a loss of my valuable time. Your kind help to resolve the issue would be highly appreciable.
