Courier Missing. Value: 1000 Rs. My courier was sent by “The professional courier”. I checked the tracking on their website as i did not receive the courier it was mentioned “door locked”, and the customer care executibve told that the door was locked on 20th Feb at 11AM, while the address given was of my office and the door is never locked between 7AM to 8PM. Also i was in the office. Customer care executive gave me the number of customer care manager and he told me that the courier is lost and they can’t do anything. I called him on 26th Feb 3.41 PM, then 27th Feb 1.05PM, then 6th Mar 9.00AM. No. DEL517008901. The courier a pair of shoes worth 1000 Rs.
