Courier not delivered by DTDC, but marked delivered

Posted the courier from Pune to Varanasi on 07/07/2017 but on tracking online it is showing me my courier is delivered on 13/07/2017 but it is not yet delivered at the address. I have also raised the complain which is not attended by any executive of DTDC (No. is 06879159) since 17/07/2017 and it is showing me closed today status.
I mailed the same to DTDC on 18/07/2017 and followed up many times but did not get any respond yet on it.

I need an action on this now..How careless DTDC can be with their customer. No response with the failure/mistake they did with my documents(courier). Consignment No: P41926369
