Courier not delivered, parcel missing

I have booked 1 no. parcel on 22.08.18 from Kolkata to Surat and it is still not delivered till today. I have asked for return in their Kolkata Hub as well as Surat Hub but they are making false responses that it will be returned within 1/2 days. I checked that it has already reached to their Salt Lake Hub on 05.09.2018 as per online tracking. The behaviour of the staffs are very casual and neglecting. Each and everyday I followed up but still I did not receive a positive response. CN No. – 3302462643

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
