Craftsvilla refuses to replace wrong product delivered

I have placed an order (Arajam red suit) in and the same item was delivered on 23 Sep 2015. On received we find that the colour was not same as it was displayed in seller website. So, I planned to return it back, I made lots of calls from 25 Sep 2015 to 27 Sep. 2015, but the customer care executive never attended my calls. Finally, I send an email and requested to arrange return for the delivered item after two or more correspondence through email they stated that they cannot accept the as time has already crossed 3 days from the date of delivery. Actually I try to contact them from the very next day of delivery but they denied to take the item back.
I have all the call details and email. It is impossible to contact customer service as they never received any call. I want company should arrange a return for the purchased item.
