Croma not attending my Bluestar AC complaint

Had placed my complaint on 21 Mar 206 with Crom customor care for my 1.5 tom Blustar window AC for low cooling. I have covered my prodccut under extended warrantty with croma. Post 72 hrs of promise to techincian visit no one has turned up till date. I have been regularly calling day and night for follow ups but the only answer i get from customer care is we will give you call back and arange for techincain which not happened till date. So 12 days am suffering and no action or no authority at croma is taking responsibility of such act.
