I bought a box containing juice from Snapdeal via order no. 20542414479 which was delivered on 10 November. One of the 1 L pineapple juice box was fully empty and the entire carton was wet and smelling. I wrote to Snapdeal as well as talked to their Customer support but they say that they do not return such products. I told them that it is not a case of return but of faulty delivery because of your courier partner with whom you must be having some contract. But they did not heed and I feel like cheated. I want them to either compensate for that packet or deliver a new one which is intact. Online marketing company cannot absolve itself of its responsibility of faulty delivery because of damage caused by courier service providers
