I have ordered nikon d5200 on 28-3-2016 through snapdeal with option of cash on delivery.received my order on 31-3-2016.after using for few hours we tried to charge the battery via nikon mh-24 charger.but the charger was found to be faulty and damaged. it was not working neither showing its LED on.

I requested the snapdeal to replace the product that day itself at 7 p.m. they took the complaint and they said that the product will be get replaced withing 2 days. They did not give any feedback regarding it and sent email saying that they cant replace product and we need to repair it with nikon service centre. it is clearly stated by them that they have a 7 day replacememt and refund policy. then i contacted them to say that i want refund of product, but to no avail.i want the product to be replaced or refunded as this is violation of consumer rights
