Damaged product delivered by PayTM

I have ordered a ‘Little India Real Brass Direction Compass and Minute Sand Timer’ through online shopping via ‘Paytm.com’ on September 8th 2015 at 03:32:03. The order was delivered on September 10th, when I signed the receipt and the courier guy went away. Later when I opened the box I found:

1. No invoice was there inside
2. The product was entirely broken
3. No safety advice was there on the front like ‘handle with care’ etc.

After this I immediately called paytm customer care and written to them on grievance also. As quick response from paytm was given, they ask me for the pictures of the proken product and its cover which I have mailed them. They also asked for the invoice but the invoice was not there with the product hence I replied to them that invoice is not them.

Despite me telling it they keep on asking for the invoice over and over again, to which I constantly replied I don’t have and if they don’t want to return/refund then mail me that they can’t. They were just delaying this issue and they don’t want to return but more focused on harassing so that I only beg to them to stop harassing I don’t want return/refund. To all my queries, they replied in their polite manner which was more frustrating and aggravating my health conditions and additional mental stress.

Finally they asked me to pack the product and the courier guy will come to pick it up, but no consent on return’refund. I pack the product again, but to my surprise the courier guy came on weekday without prior calling nor calling after reaching home as it was locked (as I go to work). I come to know that he/she has come only via message in the evening that my home was locked. I am a working man and I can’t sit there whole day waiting for the courier guy.
This incident has happened yesterday and I have 12-14 mail conversation with them regarding whole issue since 10th September onwards. I am severely harassed mentally by the ‘paytm’ and I am no more able to cope up with the condition. Its been more than twenty days to resolve this problem. When it comes to asking for money from customer they don’t take a second to process but if they have to give money to us than they take ages to resolve it.
