I am online shopping customer. I am shop at online on shopclues 20 oct 15. Order date order no 72758827. Product Surya alliza 3 burnur automatic gas stove Rs.1499 shipping 199 cash on delivary fee 34 total 1732. This product reach at phaltan 28 oct 2015. From blue dart currier service.

But, this product has stove of shopclues during shipment( causing poor packing) damaged. At that I am complaint shopclues customer support (28 oct 15. At 6:13pm ) for replacement my gas stove as well as I am mail 29 oct 15. Attached with damaged photo. After 3 days(1 nov 15 )accepted my complaint mail received . But then after till today only sent mail your request accepted and other reason’s ex. Pick- up not available other but not sent my replacement. Please solve my issue for consumer care.
